I’m pregnant or just had a baby
Your doctor made a plan. We help you carry it out at home, every day, with your own nurse or nutritionist you talk to and message.
Gestational diabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, or you just delivered.
Covered by Colorado Medicaid and
most commercial plans
I’m a clinician or practice
One referral, straight from your EHR, like any specialist. We do the work between visits. You stay the treating physician and see your patient’s progress.
WHAT IS RenewRx?
A visit is 15 minutes. A pregnancy is 40 weeks.
When your doctor says your blood sugar or blood pressure needs watching, you go home with a list and a next appointment three weeks away.
We work with your doctor, as an extension of their care team. A nurse or nutritionist dedicated to you. A way to check your numbers at home that your doctor can see. One change at a time, never a list you can’t finish.
We call that One Th1ng®.

The first 12 weeks after birth
After delivery, everyone’s attention moves to the baby. Somebody should still be looking after you.
Blood pressure, recovery, feeding, mood, and the follow-up visit that too often never happens. Every mom, not just the ones with complications.

1. Your doctor refers you. One referral from their EHR.
2. We call you within 72 hours. You get your Care Management Coach, whatever you need to check your numbers at home, and help setting up the app.
3. You check in daily. Your Care Management Coach reviews your numbers and reaches out when something needs adjusting.
WHAT IS HOME
MONITORING?
Your doctor may ask you to check your blood sugar or blood pressure at home. We send you what you need and show you how.
When your doctor says your blood sugar or blood pressure needs watching, you go home with a list and a next appointment three weeks away.
Those numbers go straight to your care team the same day, instead of sitting in a notebook until your next visit.
They are not a grade. They are how you find out what your body responds to, and which small changes actually move it.

1. Your own Care Management Coach. A registered nurse or nutritionist, trained in habit building. The same person every time. She learns your schedule, your budget, and what you actually like to eat.
2. Your doctor stays in charge. We help you fit the plan they made into your real life, and they see your progress between visits.
3. Covered by Colorado Medicaid and most commercial plans. Cash-pay available.
4. About ten minutes a day. This is not another full-time job.
What actually changed
In our study of moms with gestational diabetes:
- Fewer first-time cesarean deliveries.
- Fewer newborns needing intensive care.
- Fewer babies born early.
- No babies born severely oversized.
- Blood sugar in a healthy range through the third trimester.
*Retrospective study of 139 moms, compared with published national rates. Retrospective study of 139 moms, compared with published national rates. Currently under peer review.
If a cesarean or extra care for your baby is ever the safest path, that decision belongs to you and your doctor. We are there for everything around it.
// FOR PRACTICES
Run this in your own practice
Your team already answers messages and reviews numbers between visits. Almost none of it gets captured.
Our software documents that work. Our clinical team takes over for the patients who need more than your staff has hours to give.
