The Fourth
Trimester Program
Care should not stop the moment your baby arrives. The Fourth Trimester Program gives you group support and simple at-home tracking through the first 12 weeks after delivery. It is open to every postpartum mom, whether or not your pregnancy was high risk, and a real chance to protect your health for years to come.
Questions moms ask
Will this cost me anything? If you have Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program) or most major insurance plans, RenewRx is covered. We will help you check your coverage before anything starts. If your plan does not cover us, we will walk you through the options first.
Is my information private? Yes. Your information is protected by federal law, just like at your doctor’s office. We use it only for your care and your coverage.
What if I have a bad week? Then you have a bad week, and your coach helps you start again. No judgment, no lectures. Progress, not perfection.
